1.Free collection and  delivery operates within an approximate 3 mile radius of our premises in SM1.Outside of this radius will incur an extra 60p charge per mile return.

 

2.Payment may be made by cash / cheque on return of goods

3.Any missing items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods .We accept no responsibility for items missing after this period.

 

4.Any iron damaged items included in your laundry will be returned un-ironed to avoid misunderstanding regarding liability of damage .

 

5.In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum of £50 per item.

 

6.If you have any special requirements please inform us upon collection i.e. folding of items .

 

7.In the unlikely event of any customer not being completely satisfied with the quality of our ironing we will re-iron the item free of charge .

 

8.As a part of the service we will provide hangers as necessary .If you could provide your own hangers,even better!

 

9.All shirts ,trousers ,dresses and skirts will be returned on hangers(unless requested otherwise )

 

10.All other items  will be folded,unless you have other requirements.
